  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate with ½ cup coconut oil. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs, ¾ cup coconut sugar, and a splash of vanilla.
  4. Stir in the chocolate mix, ½ cup almond flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ tsp cardamom, and ½ tsp baking powder.
  5. Pour into pan, smooth the top, and bake for 22–25 minutes.

Notes
