- 1 cup dark chocolate
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup dark chocolate with ½ cup coconut oil. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs, ¾ cup coconut sugar, and a splash of vanilla.
- Stir in the chocolate mix, ½ cup almond flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ tsp cardamom, and ½ tsp baking powder.
- Pour into pan, smooth the top, and bake for 22–25 minutes.
Notes
For best texture, let the brownies cool completely before cutting. They are even more fudgy after resting. Serve warm with Arabic coffee or cardamom-spiced chai.
