A creamy, sweet, and entirely dairy-free toffee apple dip made with coconut cream and maple syrup—perfect for fall gatherings, snack boards, or guilt-free indulgence.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can full-fat coconut cream

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp vegan butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine coconut cream, sugar, syrup, and vegan butter in a saucepan.

  • Heat over medium, stirring constantly.

  • Simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened.

  • Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt.

 

  • Let cool slightly. Serve with apples or snacks of your choice.

Notes

  • Can be made nut-free with seed butters

  • Store in fridge up to 5 days

 

  • Great on pancakes, toast, and oatmeal too
