Ingredients

1 can full-fat coconut cream

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp vegan butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions

Combine coconut cream, sugar, syrup, and vegan butter in a saucepan.

Heat over medium, stirring constantly.

Simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened.

Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt.

Let cool slightly. Serve with apples or snacks of your choice.
